WORKSHOPS AT DESSERTTRUCK WORKS
So you've mastered the cupcake. You prefer to bake brownies blindfolded and believe that chocolate chip cookies should be relegated to home ec. Well, now it's time to go to the next level! The challenge? Chocolate souffles and French macaroons (or macarons for the snobs out there). But even if you're a total novice in the kitchen, a DessertTruck workshop is for you because as far as we're concerned, none of us has ever grown up making souffles and macaroons... and admit it, we all have someone we desperately want to impress.
In each workshop, you will receive complementary coffee, tea or water. Then one of our pastry chefs will take you through the process of making one of the delicious creations.
These workshops are not merely demonstrations. You will be making the stuff yourself! (which is more fun anyway!)
Workshops take place at our store, DessertTruck Works at 6 Clinton Street (btw Houston & Stanton) on the Lower East Side of Manhattan and are $45 per person.
